Database Development

Time, Attendance & Personnel Management

This software tool includes a Time Clock that can be installed on individual desktops or area terminals. Employees can use a keyboard/mouse or swipe an ID badge to clock in and out. Labor can also be tracked by department for roaming employees in a manufacturing environment.

The application calculates regular and overtime hours. Either the employee or the Human Resources staff can enter absences such as vacation or sick leave.

Emergency contact information, hire dates, etc. are stored in the application. A dated event/note tracking field is also provided. The application has the ability to deliver messages to employees whenever they clock in or out.

The data is archived and can be accessed any time. Various reports can be created from the data. The application is designed to be easily tailored to your specific needs. The data can be directly interfaced into your payroll application if you choose.

This software is currently used in banking, manufacturing and in small businesses.

Loan Documentation & Compliance

This tool greatly automates many loan compliance issues for banks. It reminds the loan department to conduct credit reports, UCC filings, Insurance coverage, cattle inspections, etc. at the appropriate times. It also creates customized letters requesting client documentation required to keep the loan file in compliance.

This software requires minimal (if any) customization to implement. The user can very easily tailor the application to fit their specific needs.

Multiple banks of various sizes across Kansas and Missouri are using this software with great success.

Construction Machine Rental

This application tracks the rentals of multiple machines and attachments (both serialized and unserialized) in multiple locations. The application allows the user to set up default pricing for multiple periods: hour/day/half week/week. This pricing can always be manually overridden at the time of entry. Customer rental agreements including payment terms are created immediately and can be printed for customer signatures. It will also handle future reservations, service hour tracking and reporting, as well as inventory and statistical reporting. This application interfaces with Redwing Turning Point software for customer information if available, but it is not necessary.

County Sheriff Departments

CSI has created a software tool that is very helpful for small county sheriff departments to track multiple daily processes. This includes a radio log; tracking warrants; service of process; vehicle Inspections; cattle log; deer kills; as well as case and crime statistics.

Seed Dealership Warehouse Inventory

An inventory tracking application for a seed dealership warehouse brings automation and efficiency to the operation. This software tool brings in the seed inventory and assigns it to a particular dealer and then provides a user-friendly interface for moving the seed back out to the dealers. Bills of lading reports are created for the truck drivers, as well as inventory reports by dealer.

Basic Sales Order Application

CSI has developed a custom application used by a small manufacturing business that allows the user to enter Sales Orders and Purchase Orders for multiple products. As these sales orders are filled and shipped, packing slips can be generated. Items on sales orders are assigned due dates which allow reports to be generated to better control manufacturing. Multiple reports are available to show items remaining to be shipped (by part, by purchase order, and by due date).

Red Wing Turning Point Sales Analysis

A custom sales analysis application is available which links to Red Wing Turning Point accounting software to provide customer lists and sales analysis information by a variety of fields: Sales Representative, City, Customer, and Date Range.
