Computer Solutions has been doing our IT work for over twenty years. When Galen first started working with us, we had three or four computers in the bank with no networking. Today we have nine computers that run off our in-house network.

Galen’s business has grown and he has an excellent support staff. If a problem does arise, you can depend on someone from CSI being there to help almost immediately! He has kept our IT at the highest level. The examiners at our last examination were very complimentary on what we have done and what Galen and his staff have helped us accomplish.

Our employees have become much more productive since we started using CSI’s Managed Services over three years ago. If we have a problem, which is seldom, CSI most often knows about it before we do and will already have a solution for us. We do not have to worry about computer issues any more as CSI has several employees who are very capable and knowledgeable about the products we are using.

We are able to be more efficient and concentrate on the business of banking and serving our customers rather than worry about keeping our computer systems running or dealing with IT problems. Keeping the lines of communication open with our customers helps us increase our ability to serve those who depend on us for their banking relationships.
