In the early 90’s we were trying to figure out how to move forward with our accounting system and then tie it in with our manufacturing. We researched several systems and either didn’t find something in our price range for our industry, or people that could really speak our language and understand our problems. We were introduced to Computer Solutions through some common business acquaintances. CSI came in and analyzed the diverse and disconnected systems we had in place. Then they came back with a combination of hardware and software solutions, including a development process, which has proven to be practical, cost saving and efficient over the years.

Mike, their application developer, has done a great job of understanding our issues. He designed a custom manufacturing application that integrated our manufacturing processes with our accounting application. This application alone has saved us significant dollars each day by allowing us to manage our operations, raw inventory, and finished goods with precision. As our business grows and changes, CSI continues to make enhancements.

We are so much more efficient in planning production times and inventory levels. The application CSI has written for us gives us the answers we need to manage our business. With the assistance received from CSI, we have evolved from totally manual production to efficient automation. The application allows us to use electronic invoicing through email. It also emails a copy of each customer order and shipment notification to the sales representative. We are very pleased to be able to go paperless as we strive to reduce waste and help the environment. Our ability to serve our customers has greatly increased. The application has a heavy emphasis on individual customer’s needs. We strive to make it very easy for our customers to do business with us in the manner that best fits them.

Computer Solutions has provided our hardware support and maintenance for many years. They service our wireless communications and our internal network. They have done an excellent job with their service in every area. When we do have a problem, they are quick and efficient in resolving any issue we have. We can concentrate on our business and not on how the applications or hardware are working. Their recommendations have been sound and made using good judgment.
